Cindy is our team leader and supporter. With over 35 years of experience, she works with sellers, buyers, transferees and investors. She has earned the following top awards: RE/MAX Luminary of Distinction, RE/MAX Circle of Legends, RE/MAX Hall of Fame & RE/MAX Diamond Award.
Tony, Cindy’s husband, is our managing broker owner & marketing systems developer. Tony was a former loan officer and the son of a home builder. Tony has personally designed, built and rehabbed properties. He also advises sellers, shows homes to buyers and negotiates contracts.
Katy is Cindy and Tony’s oldest daughter, she has been around real estate her entire life. She has worked to code our CRM software and deeply understands the transaction process. She serves both buyers and sellers in Cook and DuPage Counties.
With a background in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, Sam Oh brings a sharp eye for property value and condition to every transaction. As a member of The Cindy Banks Team, he delivers strategic guidance and a smooth, results-driven experience for buyers and sellers.
With over a decade in property management helping renters find their ideal homes, Walter discovered a passion for using his knowledge and expertise to truly understand and meet clients’ needs. Transitioning into real estate was a natural step. Providing for his family while helping others achieve their goals is his dream career, and he takes pride in guiding clients, saving them time, and helping them find their perfect home or secure the best possible deal.
Diego Correa specializes in off-market deals. With a Luxury Homes Certification and experience in both residential and commercial real estate, he helps clients find hidden opportunities, sell with confidence, and achieve their next big move.
Silvia helps clients find the best homes for sale and real estate opportunities in the area. Whether they’re buying, selling, or looking for guidance on securing a home mortgage, she provides support every step of the way.
