Tony, Cindy’s husband, is our managing broker owner & marketing systems developer. Tony was a former loan officer and the son of a home builder. Tony has personally designed, built and rehabbed properties. He also advises sellers, shows homes to buyers and negotiates contracts.
Katy is Cindy and Tony’s oldest daughter, she has been around real estate her entire life. She has worked to code our CRM software and deeply understands the transaction process. She serves both buyers and sellers in Cook and DuPage Counties.
Jaileen’s previous experiences as a manager and supervisor in various retail companies has given her a passion for providing excellent customer service. Through her superior professionalism, communication and commitment she ensures every real estate transaction will be smooth. She works behind the scenes to help The Cindy Banks Team with a multitude of administrative tasks including; scheduling, CRM Management and support.
With over a decade in property management helping renters successfully find their ideal homes, I gained valuable insight about myself. That was a love for using my knowledge and expertise to understand and meet my clients needs. The transition into Real Estate was a clear choice. Providing for my family while helping others achieve their goals is my dream career. I get to assist my clients by providing guidance and saving them precious time. Whether it's finding their new home or negotiating the best price for their current one.
