Flooring: Waterproof Laminate Flooring throughout installed. 20. Ceramic Tile: Ceramic Tile Work on the Floors and Walls of the Bathroom. 21. The asphalt shingle roof was inspected by a professional roofer and is approximately 12 years old and should have another life expectancy of 10 to 12 years. 22. New aluminum downspouts are to be installed. 23. Shower Valve: ADA shower valve height. 24. Shower Base: Low profile shower base that could be used for ADA type applications. 25.
