Tony, Cindy’s husband, is our managing broker owner & marketing systems developer. Tony was a former loan officer and the son of a home builder. Tony has personally designed, built and rehabbed properties. He also advises sellers, shows homes to buyers and negotiates contracts.

After earning her degree in Arts, Melissa joined the Cindy Banks Team. She is our in-house photographer & graphic designer. She manages the website, photographs homes and processes 3D tours. She has a great eye for detail and will make sure each and every home is shown in it’s best light.

Danny found our dream home. We tried a few realtors while searching for a house. My problem with all of them was that they just don’t listen. I tell them 2 story, they send me split levels for review. Not Danny. All of the properties he found were appropriate and matched our requirements. He never was a minute late and always found time for anything we would come up with. Cindy is AMAZING. She fully understood what we were looking for in a home and guided us the whole time into the right house, school district for our son, and neighborhood, while considering our budget. Cindy arranged showings within a day or so of us contacting her, she responded to emails, phone calls and texts at all hours of the day. The house we bought went on the market at 8 am. Cindy sent me the listing at 9 am. We were scheduled to meet with her at 1 pm. As an investor, and real estate broker for over 30 years myself, I could have easily listed the property without Cindy’s help.
